Since Oak Lodge’s opening in 2001, we have grown and expanded from one venue to three in the spirit of meeting the versatile needs of our family and friends. Each of the three settings are warm, inviting, and charming and feature their very own separate entrance. Whether your guest count is 30 or 500, our spaces can be divided or combined for just the right “feel.”
Time and time again, our clients notice and comment on how enchanting and intimate our spaces are in comparison to other facilities. Tour any of our three venues and choose the best one for your occasion. There’s certainly a great fit at Oak Lodge for you and your crowd!
The Reception Center is the original flagship setting of Oak Lodge. For the last 15 years, the Reception Center has provided guests with an awesome “wow” factor time and time again. Original brick pavers, Tiffany-style chandelier lighting, and the large copper and oak bar exude warmth and character like no other.
A spacious oak dance floor and a large stage are the focal points of the party. The Reception Center boasts a large outdoor patio and gazebo with lush greenery.
The Bienville room was built with special care to ensure that the themes of historical French Lousiana and elegance were carried on within Oak Lodge. Multiple large chandeliers, a copper bar, and high-end décor ensure that the Bienville is a perfect complement to our full-service venue.
With a wrought iron staircase, three sets of eight-foot glass French doors, and spacious courtyard patios, the Bienville Room boasts a true New Orleans ambience.
The Orleans Room is characterized by a very open floor plan with brick walls, oak flooring, and New Orleans-style lighting. This is the perfect room for any event, from a corporate seminar to a birthday or anniversary celebration.
The 110” screen and mounted projector are an added attraction of this versatile venue. In fact, several of our clients have incorporated a slide show to be displayed of the honoree during the event, and their guests have loved it!
Most recently a set of architecturally designed French doors were added to open out on to the newly constructed and covered patio area. Come enjoy the Orleans Room – inside or out!
