Our packages allow for 3 hours, however additional time may be provided for an additional fee.

Can I have a DJ or a band perform at my event?

Is there a dance floor?

Yes. We make sure to provide plenty of space to dance.

How do we reserve the date for our event?

A.

Once you sign the contract and pay a 25% non-refundable deposit, your date and time will be reserved. The remaining balance will be due 30 days before the event.

Is a full bar available?

Absolutely. We have several bar package options and can prepare a bar that works best for you and your event.

Do I have to have my ceremony there to use the facility for a reception?

No. We can host your reception after your offsite ceremony.

Can I have my ceremony at Oak Lodge?

Yes. Each of our three venues has picturesque locations to host your ceremony - inside or out.

Do you have a bridal suite?

Yes. There is a bridal suite in the Reception Center and another one in the Beinville Room.

Are there picturesque locations for photo opportunities; can we arrive early to take pictures?

Yes. You can arrive one hour before your event to take pictures at your leisure.

Is there staff provided, such as on-site coordinator, waiters, and bartenders?

Yes. We will staff your event to ensure it flows smoothly.

Yes, we have convenient free parking right outside our doors.
